Terms and Conditions for Pledges & Rewards (FINAL)

Campaign Platform: Fundrazr
Business Legal Entity: Hunt and Fetch Services LLC (dba Supply Fetch)
Campaign Model: Keep It All (Fundrazr Flexible Funding)

1. PLEDGE DEFINITIONS & BINDING TERMS

1.1 Pledge vs. Donation

Pledges made during this campaign are conditional promises to pay in exchange for specified rewards. Pledges are not donations and are not tax-deductible.

1.2 Pledge Acceptance

  • Pledges submitted during the campaign period via Fundrazr constitute a binding agreement between the pledger and Supply Fetch.
  • All pledges are conditional upon Supply Fetch proceeding with business operations and fulfilling stated rewards to the extent feasible.
  • Fundrazr reserves the right to reject any pledge that appears fraudulent or non-compliant with Fundrazr's terms.

1.3 Keep It All Model

This campaign operates on a "Keep It All" model (Fundrazr's flexible funding option).

 

This means:

 

  • Campaign proceeds regardless of goal achievement. Supply Fetch will keep all funds collected and proceed with business operations using available capital.
  • Pledge processing is automatic. All pledges processed through Fundrazr are binding and non-refundable, regardless of campaign performance (per Fundrazr's terms).
  • Rewards will be fulfilled to the extent feasible based on funds available. If campaign falls short of projections, fulfillment timelines may be adjusted, but core rewards will be delivered.

1.4 Campaign Closure & Fund Usage

Once the campaign closes, all funds collected become the property of Supply Fetch and will be deployed toward:

 

  • Vending machine purchase and deployment
  • Payment processing system setup
  • Required compliance items (licenses, insurance)
  • Reward fulfillment (merchandise, shipping, meetings)
  • Inventory and operational launch costs

 

No refunds will be issued after campaign close, regardless of campaign performance or pledger satisfaction (except where legally required by applicable law or Fundrazr's policies).

 


2. REWARD TIERS & FULFILLMENT COMMITMENTS


2.1 Reward Tiers

Supply Fetch offers multiple reward tiers with specific benefits. The exact details of each tier, pledge amounts, and specific rewards are displayed on the Fundrazr campaign page and control what is offered.

 

Pledgers selecting a tier acknowledge they understand the specific rewards associated with that tier and accept the terms herein for fulfillment of those rewards.

2.2 General Fulfillment Commitment

Supply Fetch commits to fulfilling rewards as described on the campaign page, subject to:

 

  • Successful receipt of required address/contact information
  • Adequate funds available after campaign close
  • No unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control

2.3 Fulfillment Timeline

  • Digital Rewards: Delivered within 7 days of campaign close
  • Physical Rewards: Fulfillment begins after campaign close; specific timelines vary by reward tier and funding availability

 

Timeline Flexibility: If campaign proceeds are insufficient to meet projections, Supply Fetch reserves the right to adjust fulfillment timelines to manage cash flow and merchandise costs. Pledgers will be notified of any adjustments immediately after campaign close.

2.4 Partial Fulfillment Policy

In the unlikely event that campaign proceeds are insufficient to fulfill all reward commitments:

 

  • Prioritization: Higher-value pledges receive prioritization in fulfillment sequence
  • Partial rewards: If funds are insufficient for all items in a reward tier, Supply Fetch will fulfill available items in order of priority determined by cost and operational feasibility
  • Notification: Pledgers will be notified within 5 days of campaign close if fulfillment will be affected
  • Optional adjustments: Pledgers may request reward adjustments to ensure feasible fulfillment

2.5 Address Collection & Verification

  • Pledgers requiring physical rewards must provide a complete mailing address by the deadline communicated by Supply Fetch.
  • Supply Fetch will send address collection requests after campaign close.
  • Failure to provide a valid address by the deadline may result in non-delivery of physical rewards; no refund will be issued.
  • Supply Fetch is not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the pledger.

 


3. NON-REFUNDABILITY & MODIFICATIONS

3.1 Non-Refundable Pledges – Keep It All Model

All pledges are non-refundable after campaign close, regardless of:

 

  • Campaign goal achievement
  • Fulfillment timing or partial fulfillment
  • Campaign performance or business outcome
  • Personal change of mind
  • Satisfaction with rewards received

 

By pledging, you acknowledge and accept the Keep It All model and agree that your pledge is binding and non-refundable.

3.2 Campaign Closure & Fund Deployment

Once the campaign closes, all funds are immediately transferred to Supply Fetch (via Fundrazr). Campaign pledges are irrevocable and funds will be deployed toward business operations. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances except where required by applicable law or Fundrazr's platform terms.

3.3 Force Majeure & Modifications

Supply Fetch reserves the right to modify fulfillment dates, reward items, or campaign details if unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control occur (manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, supply chain interruptions, natural disasters, pandemic-related closures, insufficient funds). In such cases, Supply Fetch will:

 

  • Notify all affected pledgers via email within 5 business days
  • Offer alternative timelines or equivalent substitute rewards
  • Provide option for pledgers to request partial refund for delays exceeding 90 days (subject to available funds; minimum $10 refund)

3.4 No Campaign Cancellation After Launch

Once the campaign launches, Supply Fetch commits to completing the campaign period and will fulfill all pledges to the best of its ability regardless of circumstances.

 


4. CUSTOM ITEMS & PERSONALIZATION (IF APPLICABLE)

4.1 Custom/Personalized Rewards

If your reward tier includes custom or personalized items:

 

  • You must provide required information by the deadline communicated by Supply Fetch
  • No corrections will be made after production begins. Supply Fetch strongly recommends verification of all details before the deadline
  • Custom items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for errors in pledger-provided information

 


5. MERCHANDISE & SHIPPING LIABILITY

5.1 Shipping & Delivery

  • Supply Fetch will ship physical rewards as feasible based on operational capacity and funding availability
  • Shipping method, timing, and logistics are determined at Supply Fetch's discretion
  • If tracking information is provided, pledger should monitor delivery status
  • Risk of loss/damage transfers to pledger upon carrier delivery per carrier terms

5.2 Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If a package is undelivered or marked as lost, pledger should notify Supply Fetch within 10 business days with tracking number and evidence
  • Supply Fetch will investigate; if confirmed lost by carrier, Supply Fetch will ship a replacement at no additional cost (subject to available inventory and funds)
  • If loss results from incorrect address provided by pledger, pledger is responsible for recovery costs

5.3 Merchandise Quality

All merchandise is manufactured to industry standards. Supply Fetch reserves the right to make minor adjustments to product specifications due to manufacturing availability or cost optimization.

 

Quality Control: All items are inspected before shipment. If an item arrives damaged or defective, pledger should contact Supply Fetch within 10 business days with photographic evidence. Supply Fetch will replace defective items at no cost (subject to available inventory).

5.4 International Shipping

This campaign is available to pledgers in the United States only. Supply Fetch will not ship rewards to addresses outside the United States.   

 


6. MEETINGS & EXPERIENCES (IF APPLICABLE)

6.1 Virtual Meetings (If Included in Reward)

If your reward includes a virtual meeting with Supply Fetch:

 

  • Availability & Timing: Supply Fetch will coordinate scheduling based on operational capacity; pledger should provide availability windows
  • Format & Duration: Determined at Supply Fetch's discretion
  • Cancellation: Pledger should provide advance notice if cancellation is needed; rescheduling accommodated once per pledge
  • Content: Supply Fetch will discuss business operations and pledger input as feasible
  • No Endorsements: Participation does not imply business partnership or endorsement

6.2 In-Person Meetings (If Included in Reward)

If your reward includes an in-person meeting with Supply Fetch:

 

  • Location: Phoenix area; specific location determined by mutual agreement
  • Availability & Timing: Supply Fetch will coordinate scheduling based on operational capacity; pledger should provide availability windows
  • Format & Duration: Determined at Supply Fetch's discretion
  • Cancellation: Pledger should provide advance notice if cancellation is needed; rescheduling accommodated once per pledge
  • Content: Supply Fetch will discuss business operations and pledger input as feasible
  • No Endorsements: Participation does not imply business partnership or endorsement
  • Liability: By pledging for in-person meetings, pledger releases Supply Fetch from liability for any injury, accident, or property damage. Supply Fetch is not responsible for pledger transportation or meals.

6.3 Meeting Flexibility

If campaign funding is insufficient, Supply Fetch reserves the right to:

 

  • Adjust or consolidate meetings based on operational feasibility
  • Modify format to accommodate circumstances
  • Offer alternative arrangements as needed

 


7. RECOGNITION & PUBLIC CREDIT (IF APPLICABLE)

7.1 Recognition (If Included in Reward)

If your reward includes public recognition or credit:

 

  • Display: Supply Fetch may recognize pledgers on website, social media, business materials, or other channels at its discretion
  • Format & Duration: Supply Fetch retains sole discretion over recognition format, placement, duration, and platforms used
  • Modifications: Supply Fetch reserves the right to modify, update, remove, or discontinue recognition at any time as business operations evolve
  • No Guarantee of Perpetual Display: Pledgers understand that websites, materials, and branding change over time; recognition is not guaranteed to be permanent or displayed everywhere
  • Opt-Out: Pledgers may opt out of public recognition by notifying Supply Fetch during address collection

 


8. COMMUNICATIONS & UPDATES

8.1 Progress Communications

  • Supply Fetch commits to providing regular updates to pledgers about campaign fulfillment and business progress
  • Format & Frequency: Determined at Supply Fetch's discretion based on operational capacity
  • Opt-Out: Pledgers may opt out of non-essential communications by notifying Supply Fetch

 


9. DATA PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal information collected during this campaign is governed by Supply Fetch's Privacy Policy. By pledging, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as outlined in that policy.

 


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Supply Fetch's total liability for any pledge-related claim shall not exceed the pledger's pledge amount. This includes claims for undelivered rewards, defective merchandise, missed fulfillment deadlines, or meeting cancellations. Supply Fetch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

In no event shall Supply Fetch be liable for any damages arising from the Keep It All model, insufficient campaign funding, or changes to fulfillment plans necessitated by financial constraints.

 


11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CONTACT

11.1 Dispute Process

If a pledger believes Supply Fetch has not fulfilled rewards or breached these terms:

  2. Response: Supply Fetch will respond within 10 business days with explanation or remedy
  3. Resolution: Supply Fetch will attempt good-faith resolution
  4. Escalation: If unresolved after 30 days, disputes may be escalated to Fundrazr's dispute resolution process or legal action

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT RIGHTS

12.1 Supply Fetch IP Rights

All campaign branding, designs, logos, messaging, photos, and videos created by Supply Fetch are the exclusive property of Supply Fetch and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Pledgers may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute Supply Fetch intellectual property without written consent.

12.2 Pledger Content & Testimonials

If Supply Fetch uses pledger names, photos, testimonials, or quotes, Supply Fetch will obtain separate written consent before publication. Pledgers retain copyright to their testimonials but grant Supply Fetch a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them in marketing materials.

12.3 Photography & Consent

Supply Fetch may photograph fulfillment processes and team members for updates and marketing. Team members and individuals visible in photos must provide consent. Pledgers attending in-person meetings consent to being photographed; photos may be used with pledger consent.

 


13. AMENDMENTS & MODIFICATIONS

Supply Fetch reserves the right to modify these terms with 10 days' written notice to all pledgers. Material modifications will be communicated before any changes take effect.

 


14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Pledgers agree to submit to Arizona courts for any disputes, subject to Fundrazr's platform terms.

 


15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, along with Supply Fetch's Privacy Policy and Fundrazr's platform terms, constitute the entire agreement between pledgers and Supply Fetch regarding this campaign.

 


16. KEEP IT ALL MODEL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting a pledge during the Supply Fetch Fundrazr campaign, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the "Keep It All" model. You understand that:

 

  • Your pledge is binding and non-refundable regardless of campaign performance
  • Funds will be deployed toward business operations immediately upon campaign close
  • Fulfillment will proceed based on available funds
  • Timeline or reward adjustments may be necessary if funding is insufficient
  • You accept these terms without reservation as a condition of your pledge

Supply Fetch aims to provide a seamless experience for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for products purchased from Supply Fetch through our official vending machines, online storefront, or company website. Items purchased from third-party resellers or other sources are not covered by this policy; customers should seek refunds from the original seller.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, we will process a full refund to your original payment method at no charge.

Returns are accepted within30 calendar days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received:Items that do not match your order

Non-Returnable Items
